وبدأت سنوات من العذاب والعرق واليأس.. ويوم 6 نوفمبر عام 1922 أبرق كارتر إلي اللورد يقول له أخيرا اكتشفت شيئا رائعا في وادي الملوك وقد أسدلت الغطاء علي الأبواب والسرداب حتي تجيء أنت بنفسك لتري وجاء اللورد إلي الأقصر يوم 23 نوفمبر وكانت ترافقه ابنته.. وتقدم كارتر وحطم الأختام والأبواب.. الواحد بعدالآخر.. حتي كان علي مسافة قصيرة من غرفة دفن الملك توت عنخ آمون

اول ضحايا اللعنة عصفور الكناري الذهبي الذي حمله كارتر معه عند حضوره إلي الأقصر.. وعندما اكتشفت المقبرة أطلقوا عليها أول الأمر اسم ' مقبرةالعصفور الذهبي '.. وجاء في كتابه 'سرقة الملك' للكاتب محسن محمد.. بأنه عندما سافر كارتر إلي القاهرة ليستقبل اللورد كارتر فون فوضع مساعده( كالندر) العصفور في الشرفة ليحظي بنسمات الهواء.. ويوم افتتاح المقبرة سمع كالندر إستغاثة ضعيفة كأنها صرخة إشارة فأسرع ليجد ثعبان كوبرا يمد لسانه إلي العصفور داخل القفص.. وقتل كالندر الثعبان ولكن العصفور كان قد مات
وعلي الفور قيل أن 'اللعنة' بدأت مع فتح المقبرة حيث أن ثعبان الكوبرا يوجد علي التاج الذي يوضع فوق رأس تماثيل ملوك مصر.. وهذه كانت بداية انتقام الملك من الذين أزعجوه في مرقده.. واعتبرت صحيفة 'النيويورك تايمز' وفاة العصفور حادثا فريدا ورأي عالم الآثار هنري يرشد أن شيئا رهيبا في الطريق سوف يحدث
لكن ما حدث بعد ذلك كان أمرا غريبا تحول مع مرور الوقت إلي ظاهرة خارقة للطبيعة وواحدة من الأمور الغامضة التي أثارت الكثير من الجدل والتي لم يجد العلم تفسيرا لها إلي يومنا هذا.. ففي الاحتفال الرسمي بافتتاح المقبرة أصيب اللورد كارنارفون.. بحمي غامضة لم يجد لها أحد من الأطباء تفسيرا.. وفي منتصف الليل تماما توفي اللورد في القاهرة.. والأغرب من ذلك أن التيار الكهربائي قد انقطع في القاهرة دون أي سبب واضح في نفس لحظة الوفاة..
وقد ابرزت صحف العالم نبأ وفاة اللورد.. وربطت صحف القاهرة بين وفاة اللورد واطفاء الأنوار وزعمت أن ذلك تم بأمر الملك توت.. وقالت إن كارنارفون رفض تحذيرات الملك سيتي في اقتحام قبره وأن الملك قد انتقم
وقالت بعض الصحف بأن أصبع اللورد قد جرح من آلة أو حربة مسمومة داخل المقبرة وأن السم قوي بدليل أنه أحتفظ بتأثيره ثلاثة آلاف عام.. وقالت إن نوعا من البكتيريا نما داخل المقبرة يحمل المرض والموت، وفي باريس قال الفلكي لانسيلان.. لقد انتقم توت عنخ آمون
وبعد ذلك توالت المصائب وبدأ الموت يحصد الغالبية العظمي إن لم نقل الجميع الذين شاركوا في الاحتفال

ويذكر الكاتب محسن محمد في كتابه 'سرقة ملك' بأن صديق كارنارفون المليونير جورج جاي جولد الأمريكي حضر إلي مصر وسافر إلي الأقصر فدخل المقبرة ليشاهد الكشف الأثري الشهير وفي صباح اليوم الثاني أصيب بحمي ومات
وانتحر ايفيلين هوايت عالم الآثار المصرية بجامعة ليدز في ظروف غامضة بعد أن ترك رسالة يقول فيها "حلت بي اللعنة "

والجدير بالذكر أن العديد من علماء الآثار صرحوا بأن لعنة الفراعنة هذه مجرد خرافة وحالات الوفاة التي حدثت لا يمكن أن تتعدى الصدفة والدليل على ذلك هو " هاورد كارتر " نفسه صاحب الكشف عن مقبرة الفرعون " توت عنخ آمون " والذي لم يحدث له أي مكروه، اما العلماء والباحثين المسلمين فأكدو ان حلات الوفاة التى حدثت لا يمكن تفسيرها على انها لعنة لان ذلك يتعارض وبشكل مباشر مع العقيدة الإسلامية .. وفى الوقت نفسه لا يمكن اعتبارها صدفة فالصدفة لا تتكرر بهذا الشكل ..وحتما هناك سبب ما قد يتضح مع مرور الأيام .. وقد كان سر لعنة الفراعنة
وفسر بعض العلماء "لعنة الفراعنة"
بأنها تحدث نتيجة لتعرض الأشخاص الذين يفتحون المقابر الفرعونية لجرعة مكثفة من غاز (الرادون) هو أحد الغازات المشعة
وهنا يجب أن نتوقف عند عدة اسأله ... ما هو الرادون ؟ من اين يأتي الرادون ؟ وما هى اضرار التعرض للرادون؟
ماهو الرادون ؟
الرادون (Radon) (Rn) هو عنصر غازي مشع موجود في الطبيعة. وهو غاز عديم اللون، شديد السمية، وإذا تكثف فإنه يتحول إلى سائل شفاف، ثم إلى مادة صلبة معتمة ومتلألئة
من اين ياتى ؟
والرادون هو أحد نواتج تحلل عنصر اليوارنيوم المشع الذي يوجد أيضًا في الأرض بصورة طبيعية، ولذلك يشبهه العلماء بالوالد بينما يطلقون على نواتج تحلله التي من بينها الراديوم والرادون بالأبناء..
يوجد ثلاثة نظائر مشعة لليورانيوم في التربة والصخور، تتفق جميعها في العدد الذري، ولكنها تختلف في العدد الكتلي ولقد وجد أن كل العناصر ذات النشاط الإشعاعي تتحلل بمعدل زمني معين ويطلق على الفترة الزمنية التي تلزم لكي يتحلل أثناءها نصف الكمية من عنصر مشع معين اسم "فترة عمر النصف " ...فمن الطبيعى وجود عنصر الرادون بنسبة كبيرة داخل هذه المقبرة -وغيرها-التى ظلت مغلقة لاكثر من 53 قرنا من الزمان
ماهى اضرار التعرض للرادون ؟
وبالرغم من أن غاز الرادون غاز خامل كيمائيًا وغير مشحون بشحنة كهربائية فإنه ذو نشاط إشعاعي؛ أي أنه يتحلل تلقائيًا منتجًا ذرات الغبار من عناصر مشعة أخرى، وتكون هذه العناصر مشحونة بشحنة كهربية، ويمكنها أن تلتصق بذرات الغبار الموجودة في الجو، وعندما يتنفسها الإنسان فإنها تلتصق بجدار الرئتين، وتقوم بدورها بالتحلل إلى عناصر أخرى، وأثناء هذا التحلل تشع نوعا من الإشعاع يطلق عليه أشعة ألفا (نواة ذرة الهيليوم ) وهي نوع من الأشعة المؤيّنة أي التي تسبب تأين الخلايا الحية؛ وهو ما يؤدي إلى إتلافها نتيجة تدمير الحامض النووي لهذه الخلايا ـ DNA -، ويكون الخطوة الأولى التي تؤدي إلى سرطان الرئة
ولكن لحسن الحظ فإن مثل هذا النوع من الأشعة ـ أشعة ألفا ـ عبارة عن جسيمات ثقيلة نسبيًا، وبالتالي تستطيع أن تعبر مسافات قصيرة في جسم الإنسان، أي أنها لا تستطيع أن تصل إلى خلايا الأعضاء الأخرى لتدميرها؛ وبالتالي يكون سرطان الرئة هو الخطر المهم والمعروف حتى الآن الذي يصاحب غاز الرادون. وتشير التقديرات إلى أنه يتسبب في وفاة ما بين 7 آلاف إلى 30 ألفا في الولايات المتحدة نتيجة الإصابة بسرطان الرئة
وتعتمد خطورة غاز الرادون على كمية ونسبة تركيزه في الهواء المحيط بالإنسان، وأيضًا على الفترة الزمنية التي يتعرض لها الإنسان لمثل هذا الإشعاع، وحيث إن هذا الغاز من نواتج تحلل اليورانيوم؛ لذا فهو موجود في التربة والصخور، وتكون نسبة تركيزه عالية جدًا في الأماكن الصخرية أو الحجرية المغلقة، مثل أقبية المنازل والمناجم وما شابه ذلك مثل قبور الفراعنة المبنية في وسط الأحجار والصخور، وهذا بالفعل ما وجد عند قياس نسبة تركيز هذا الغاز في هذه الأماكن
وبالتالي يؤدي مكوث الإنسان فترة زمنية طويلة بها إلى استنشاقه كمية كبيرة من هذا الغاز الذي يتلف الرئتين، ويسبب الموت بعد ذلك
وعلى الرغم من ان هذا التفسير يبدو منطقيا ومقنعا الا انه يطرح عدة تساؤلات ...فمثلا لماذا لم ينطبق الامر على كل من دخل المقبرة مثل " كارتر " ؟؟؟ .... ولماذا يقتصر الامر على من دخلو المقبرة فقط وانما امتد لبعض من ساهموا فى اكتشافها او نقل اثارها دون ان يدخلوا المقبرة .. وبعد فلا يزال ما تركه لنا الفراعنة محاطا بهالة من الغموض ولم يستطع العالم - فى عصر الفضاء - فى كشف إسرارها .. حتى الآن ..
